A little trip to Lush

Lush has got to be one of my favourite shops to visit- the products are gorgeous and the staff are always so helpful and welcoming. On Friday I decided a visit was long overdue so went along to pick out some new goodies. Anyone who knows me well knows I love a bath- candles, music, book- so its no wonder I'm such a big Lush fan. Here's a look at what I got.

The first thing I got was the 'Butterbear' (I have a feeling this is part of the Christmas range- sorry for early mention of the festive season!) which is made of cocoa butter and leaves skin super soft, I really love the scent of this one, not too overpowering but nice and relaxing. I tend to break pieces off so its lasts 2-3 baths but I think you can just go for it and chuck the whole thing in at once if you fancy.

I also picked up 'Cinders' which is one of my faves and perfect for this time of year with fireworks night fast approaching. The scent is very 'warm' so great for when the weather is horrible outside. The first time I used this I didn't realise it had popping candy in and wondered what the hell was going on!

'Star Dust' is new to me so I thought I'd give it a go. On the Lush website it says its 'ideal for a little post party recovery' so I think I'll keep this one in my stash in preparation for the party season coming up!

The final one I got was the 'Sparkly Pumpkin' which I know is aimed at Halloween but with its sparkly glitteriness (?!) I immediately thought of Cinderella, thats probably just me..... This is different from the others in that its a bubble bar rather than a bath bomb. The idea with these is you break a bit off and crumble them under running water to create a whole load of bubbles.

What are your favourites from Lush?

Jasmine xx
