Five under five

Highstreet or drugstore make up is something I love, I'm always wandering about in Superdrug and Boots looking at all the bargains. I thought it would be worth doing a post on five products that are under £5 all of which I think are bargainous (?) and beautiful, if this is something you'd like to be a regular feature then leave me a comment below. Lets begin.....

Barry M Gelly Nailpolish £3.99- I have loads of these polishes and can't believe how good they are for the price. They're so opaque and glossy which really gives that 'gel' look, I also love that Barry M regularly bring out new colours of these and I swear they have done every colour you can think of in this range. Fab!

Maybelline Colour Tattoo £4.99- I'm sure I've already talked about this product on a previous post but these creams shadows really are brilliant, they come in loads of colours now but this one 'On and on bronze' is my favourite, I've had it ages and its still going strong. You could use them as shadow bases or just as shadows on their own, I use them both ways and they really do the trick. These are seriously crease resistant which is something I have a real problem with so they get a massive thumbs up.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Mono Blush in Santa Rose £3.99- this blusher is a little gem, don't let its simple packaging fool you. Santa Rose is a pretty peachy pink shade with a slight gold shimmer running through it, this makes my skin look so much brighter and I plan on wearing it loads more throughout the Spring and Summer with a dusting of bronzer, perfect. Also, the size of this makes it ideal for travel.

Rimmel Exaggerate Lipliner in East End Snob £3.99- this lipliner is just amazing, it goes on smoothly, lasts ages and makes your lips look nice and plump. You can also totally use this on its own to fill in your lips. This shade is great because its very natural looking, if you're looking for something that'll work for school or just day to day then go and try this one out. I've also noticed some new colours have appeared in this range which makes me very pleased!

Collection Eyes Uncovered Palettes £3.99- Easily the best eyeshadow palettes I've found on the highstreet. This is my favourite one Nude Bronze and how pretty are the shades? They're really well pigmented and smooth, unbelievable for the teeny tiny price tag. If you're looking for an alternative to the Urban Decay Naked palettes, these are it.

What are your favourite beauty steals?

Have a lovely Sunday!
